Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout; COD orders are confirmed by a phone call before dispatch. You can also pay online through PayU: UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹500. Below that, the delivery charge depends on your pincode and is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Enter your pincode on any product page to see the estimate for your area.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Message us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product. We will replace the item or refund it.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice will carry it.

Do you take bulk, dealer or temple orders?

Yes. Send the enquiry form on the Contact page and our team will call you.
