Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. The price charged is the one shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; any amount paid is refunded in full.

Payment

You can pay online through PayU, in which case the order is confirmed only after the payment is verified, or choose Cash on Delivery, in which case we confirm the order by a phone call before dispatch.

Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping policy and our Refund and returns policy.

Product use

Dhoop and hawan products involve fire. Use them in a stable holder, away from children and flammable items, and never leave them unattended. Traditional and spiritual benefits described on the site are matters of faith and custom, not medical claims.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
